Friday | Wayzata | Cargill Office Center
If you are not able to drop your bikes and gear off at this time you can bring them to Century College and load them on their trucks, just be sure to note the Truck Number so you can find your bike Saturday morning, after the Day 1 ride you can then keep your bike with the Cargill Trucks.
The orange area is where the Penske Trucks will be parked. As you pull around to the back of the parking lot if you can quickly drop-off your bike and bag(s) then just pull in and stop in-front of the trucks, volunteers will help unload your bike and you can get in and out quickly. If you think you need extra time to organize and get your gear ready pull off into a side area and park so you are not in the way of the traffic flow.
Friday | White Bear Lake | Century College
When you get to the college you will be directed where to park your car for the weekend. Once parked gather in the orange area. Once we have enough riders to fill a bus we will all load up and head to Duluth. If you miss the 1st bus there will be buses running until 6pm. Keep in mind that you want to try and catch the first bus so you get up to Proctor in plenty of time to get settled at your lodging and get to the Holiday Inn for Dinner. The white arrows are the route of the finish line on Sunday. If you are a single driver not carpooling and you raised less than $1000, be prepared to pay $20 for the weekend parking. (If you need to check-in or turn-in donations be early there might be lines)
Friday | Proctor | Proctor High School
[Map from previous year, have not received a new one] The coach buses will drop you off in front of the High School (red star). There will be shuttle buses that run in a continuous loop Friday night with the last pick-up from Proctor High School at 10pm. These shuttles run between the hotels that were listed on-line. If you made your own hotel reservations and it was not one of the hotels listed on the MS Society website you have to arrange your own transportation to and from (Uber/Taxi).
Friday night if you are not staying at the Holiday Inn, be sure to catch your shuttle back to your lodging, the last one comes at 11pm. If you miss the last shuttle, again Uber/Taxi where you need to go.
