Friday

7:00 am - 10:00 am | Arrive at Cargill Office Center - 15407 McGinty Rd, Wayzata [back parking lot, follow signs]

On Friday morning of the weekend you will drop off your bike and bags at the designated location. You will bring your bike and bags to the drop off location and the logistics volunteers will load them into our team trucks. We recommend that you have your bib# already attached to your bike frame with zipties.

Your bike will be separated by packing blankets and handled by our volunteers throughout the weekend vs. packed into the semi-trucks with the other 2,000+ bikes for this event. Our trucks are locked up and secure each night.

1:00 pm | Arrive at Century College

Wear your MS Society wristband that you received in your check-in packet. You will drive to Century College and leave your vehicle parked there for the weekend. You might want to leave a pair of regular shoes in your vehicle to put on Sunday after the event. Catch one of the coach buses provided by the MS Society to take you up to Proctor High School. We try and fill our own bus around 1 pm, look for the Cargill Banner flag to know where to congregate.  Buses run through 6pm. If you drive alone, parking will cost $20 for the weekend, if you carpool or raise more than $1,000 by May 23rd it is free.

Arrive earlier than 1pm if...

  • you missed our team check-in and need to get your packet
  • you have fundraising money to turn in.
  • you want to pick up your event T-Shirt
  • you want to pick up your "special" 2023 ride jersey and other goodies for raising more than $1K

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm | Arriving at Proctor High School

Before 6:30 pm | Arrive at Holiday Inn downtown Duluth

Friday evening we hold our team dinner at the Holiday Inn downtown Duluth. For some of you it will be your first chance to meet and talk with other riders on the team.

Arrive between 6pm and 7pm for the Social Hour. At 7:00pm we will provide a great meal which includes salad, pasta, bread and dessert. There is also a cash bar for your convenience. Food will be available until 8:30pm. We will have a couple drawings for some "fabulous" items, must be present to win.

Depending on which bus you catch to Proctor High School, this can be challenging, do your best to catch the first buses that leave Century College as close to 1:00 pm as possible, so you can make the team dinner.
