7:00 am - 10:00 am | Arrive at Cargill Office Center - 15407 McGinty Rd, Wayzata [back parking lot, follow signs]
On Friday morning of the weekend you will drop off your bike and bags at the designated location. You will bring your bike and bags to the drop off location and the logistics volunteers will load them into our team trucks. We recommend that you have your bib# already attached to your bike frame with zipties.
Your bike will be separated by packing blankets and handled by our volunteers throughout the weekend vs. packed into the semi-trucks with the other 2,000+ bikes for this event. Our trucks are locked up and secure each night.
1:00 pm | Arrive at Century College

We try and fill our own bus around 1 pm, look for the Cargill Banner flag to know where to congregate. Buses run through 6pm. If you drive alone, parking will cost $20 for the weekend, if you carpool or raise more than $1,000 by May 23rd it is free.
